- As this is a new building, there may be noise from construction work during the hours permitted by the condominium, which we have no control over.

- When booking the space, you will need to send your ID to check in at the building's reception. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by their guardians.

- You are only allowed to stay in the building after check-in time and before check-out time.

- Under no circumstances are visitors or smoking allowed in the accommodation allowed.

- We are not a hotel, and we do not offer a daily cleaning service or linen change. If you would like extra bed linen or cleaning during your stay, you must book this separately!

- We do not accept reservations for third parties, so please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-out, so if you are late you will be subject to a fine.

APARTMENT RULES:

- No smoking;

- No visitors;

- No pets allowed;

- No toilet paper allowed in the toilet; the trash can is available for this purpose.

- Be careful with stains on the linens; there may be charges.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- No smoking in the condominium;

- No bathing suits allowed in the elevator;

- No shoes, trash or objects allowed outside the apartment;

- No hanging clothes on the balcony railing;

- No glasses or glass items allowed in the pool area;

- If you are going to take out trash, this must be done using the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with the rules is subject to fines, which will be the responsibility of the guest, and may be taken to court if necessary.

The studio is new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have air conditioning, wifi, double box bed, shower with gas heating, iron, hairdryer, coffee maker and coffee!

The building is a residential condominium that has some amenities:

Whenever you have any doubts, check with the building's concierge or with our customer service team which areas are authorized for guest use.

The guest can contact the company via chat, email, or messaging service. Our service is open every day from 8am to 12am, and for emergencies we can answer our phone 24 hours a day.
