Located in a central neighborhood of the city of São Paulo, this apartment will provide mobility to anywhere in the city, with the ease of being 300 meters from a subway station and being able to do everything on foot, saving time and money due to the variety of shops available in the region and fun being in a building with complete leisure and in a region full of cultural spaces!
- When booking the space, you will need to send your ID documents to check in at the building's reception. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by their guardians.
- You are only allowed to stay in the building after check-in time and before check-out time.
- It is forbidden under any circumstances to receive visitors or smoke in the accommodation.
- We are not a hotel, we do not have a daily cleaning service or a linen change. If you would like extra bed linen or cleaning during your stay, you must book this separately!
- We do not accept reservations for third parties, please do not insist!

Studio fully furnished, with wardrobe, induction cooktop, shower with hot and cold water, bathroom sink with hot and cold water, water filter for consumption, in addition to all the utensils necessary for your well-being and comfort. The studio is also equipped with a television and excellent quality Wi-Fi.
In the condominium, guests are allowed access to the following common areas that do not require an appointment: Lobby, internal and external gym, internal and external coworking, pet-place, pet-care, bicycle rack, laundry, collective garden, swimming pool, sauna and shower. Guests are not permitted to use the following common areas: Barbecue Area, Party Room Area, building garage.
The guest can contact the company via chat, email, or messaging service. Our service is open every day from 8am to 12am, and for emergencies we can answer our phone 24 hours a day.
The building is a residential condominium located in the heart of São Paulo, where everything happens! A plural and at the same time unique world, which brings together cultures from all over the world.

Staying in the building is only permitted after check-in time and before check-out time. Guests can use the building's luggage storage facility outside of check-in and check-out between 10:00 and 22:00 (Use of luggage storage facility is subject to a fee and availability, please inquire at the building reception).

The apartment was designed to offer a comfortable and welcoming stay. Please take care of him with care.
* BE CAREFUL when entering the door password, the lock locks after 3 wrong attempts. To unlock, you need to wait 5 minutes.
* DO NOT throw paper down the toilet.
* Pack garbage in appropriate packaging to avoid accidents. The building has selective collection, contact the concierge for the correct disposal location.
* IT IS PROHIBITED to leave shoes or objects in the hallway leading to the apartment. Subject to fine.
* IT IS PROHIBITED to hang objects on the balcony railing. Subject to fine.
* IT IS PROHIBITED to throw any type of object outside the apartment. Subject to fine.
* It is necessary to send an image of an official document (with recent photo) of the Studio occupants immediately after confirming the reservation. Only guests registered prior to check-in will have access to the condominium and studio.
* Early Check-in or late check-out, check if there is availability at the time of booking. Subject to payment of fee.
* Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the Studio (Subject to payment of a fee for 3 nights via the platform).
*Visits are not permitted.
* Under 18s only accompanied by parents or guardians or with authorization registered at a notary's office.
* The building is residential, we do not have room service or breakfast.
* Respect the condominium’s internal regulations. Find out about the common areas that can be used. Use of unauthorized common areas is subject to penalties.
* IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to carry out libidinous acts in common areas. Failure to comply is punishable by imprisonment and a fine.
* Do not wear swimwear in the common areas of the condominium.
* It is essential to comply with the law of silence after 10 pm.
* We are not responsible for services provided by concessionaires or third parties such as Internet, water or energy and maintenance of the condominium.
* Please be careful when removing makeup. Stains on the linen (towels and sheets) that require special washing or replacement will be charged.
* For stays longer than 15 days, extra cleaning will be carried out every 7 days, paid by the guest.
* When leaving the apartment, turn off the air conditioning, lights and make sure you are not taking any objects from the accommodation. Damages and theft of accommodation will be charged and may be prosecuted through legal means.
* We are not responsible for lost or forgotten objects, so make sure you are not forgetting your personal items inside the accommodation or common areas of the building.
