- As this is a new building, there may be noise from construction work during the hours permitted by the condominium, which we have no control over.
- When booking the space, you will need to send your ID to check in at the building's reception. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by their guardians.
- You are only allowed to stay in the building after check-in time and before check-out time.
- It is forbidden under any circumstances to receive visitors or smoke in the accommodation.
- We are not a hotel, we do not have a daily cleaning service or a linen change. If you would like extra bed linen or cleaning during your stay, you must book this separately!
- We do not accept reservations for third parties, please do not insist!
- Read all the accommodation rules before booking!

PROHIBITED:
- Throwing paper in the toilet.
- Leaving shoes or objects in the apartment hallway.
- Hanging objects on the balcony railing.
- Throwing any objects out of the apartment.
- Smoking in the Studio (Subject to a fee equivalent to 3 daily rates via platform).
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Engaging in lewd acts in common areas. Violation is subject to imprisonment and fines.
- Walking in swimwear in the common areas of the building.
ATTENTION:
- An image of an official document (with a recent photo) of the Studio occupants must be sent immediately after reservation confirmation. Only registered guests will have access to the building and studio.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability at the time of booking. A fee may apply.
- Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or guardians or have a notarized authorization.
- We do not provide room service, breakfast, or replenishment of items. Extra bed and bath linens are available for R$50.00.
- Please respect the building's internal regulations. Inquire about the common areas available for use. Unauthorized use of common areas is subject to penalties.
- Compliance with the noise law after 10:00 PM is mandatory.
- We are not responsible for services provided by utility companies or third parties such as Internet, water, energy, or building maintenance.
- Please be careful when removing makeup. Stains on bedding (towels and sheets) requiring special washing or replacement will incur charges.
- When leaving the apartment, please turn off the air conditioning, lights, and ensure you are not taking any items from the accommodation. Damages or theft of property will be charged and may lead to legal action.
- We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items, so please ensure you do not leave personal belongings inside the accommodation or common areas of the building.
